摘要
本文分析了传统供应链对订单和预测误差波动的消极影响,这种波动的增加引起了巨大的计划和资源利用问题;论证了通过更有效的信息交换和共同预测增进供应链合作,为什么能控制这些影响;并对增进供应链合作提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the negative impact of a conventional supply chain on order release volatility and forecast error volatility.Such increase in variation poses tremendous planning and resources utilization problems.This paper demonstrates why such influences can be controlled through the improvement of supply chain coordination by more effective information exchange and collaborative forecasting.Some reasonable advice is given to improve supply chain coordination.
