摘要
技术包含于企业每一个价值活动中,技术变革对任何活动都产生影响,从而影响竞争。因此,建立合理的技术战略和科学的技术管理就变得非常必要。作者认为,技术管理需要考虑把研究与开发(R&D)部门同其它部门的活动相结合;技术管理不仅要考虑企业的技术及相关战略,还要考虑技术战略的可操作性;技术管理需要积极地运用组织中的战略资源,在制订技术战略和具体项目活动时要根据信息流程中的反馈而积极加以调整。
Every corporate value activity comprises of technology,and technology innovation will affect all the corporate activities,thus will influence competition.So appropriate technology strategy and scientific technology management are important.The authors believe that technology management should consider combination of the activities of R&D department and those of the other departments;technology management should consider not only the technology and correlative strategy,but also the availability of technology strategy.Technology management should make use of organization strategic resources.When we formulate technology and specific project activities,we should positively make adjustment according to the feedback of information process.
