摘要
农业经济的天然弱质性决定了政府需要对农业经济进行产业保障。而我国目前的以粮食保护价为特征的产业保障方式极不适应农业经济国际化的要求。加入WTO以后,采取对农村公共产品进行补助为特征的产业保障方式势在必行。
The natural defect of agro-economic determines that government should give agro-economy industrial protection.The present industrial protective way in our country,which is characterized as the protective price of grain,can rarely meet the need of agro-economic internationalization.It is irreversible trend to take it as a way of industrial protection to subsidize the rural public products.
