摘要
对采用DEH控制系统的中间再热抽汽式汽轮机热电负荷的自整性进行了分析,对不同控制模式下系统的负荷适应性进行了研究。结果表明,由于DEH控制系统中PID调节器积分控制作用的存在,能够消除热电荷之间的相互静态干扰。新汽压力扰动时,调节级压力控制回路具有较好的瞬态响应特性;而负荷扰动时,功率控制回路具有较好的动态响应特性。因此,应根据机组的扰动情况选择控制回路。
In this paper, the multivariables decoupling property of reheat extraction steam turbine Digital ElectroHydraulic (DEH) control system is analyzed , and the load adaptability of the control system with different power feedback methods is studied . The study results showed that the static interferes between heat and electrical load can be eliminated because of the integral action of the PID governor of DEH control system, dynamic interferes between heat and electrical load are decreased. The system with regulating stage pressure feedback has better dynamic response characteristics than the system with power feedback after initial pressure disturbance. And it just reverses after load disturbance. Therefore, it is important to select the feedback method according the disturbance of the unit.
