摘要
论述了以206y压气机为母型,通过加级设计,满足大功率燃气轮机压气机的需要的可行性及初步技术方案;利用全三维设计计算方法,对新加级进行了全工况流动特性数据计算,得到了级特性参数;同时,介绍了平面叶栅风洞试验和试验结果,通过试验,取得了一系列叶栅气动性能数据。理论计算与风洞试验结果二者吻合很好,这表明计算方法的准确可靠,为验证叶片设计方法提供了重要的气动参考数据,也为206y母型压气机加级设计提供了有利的基础资料。
This paper presents the feasibility and tentative plan for a compressor of the large power gas turbine by adding stage with 206y compressor for mother compressor. By means of threedimensional calculation method, the all condition flow performance data is calculated to get the stage characteristics. And, the paper describes the plane cascade wind tunnel test and its result. A serise of the cascade aerodynamic performance data is obtained by the test. The results of calculation and test are shown very identical, which indicates that the calculation way is reliable, and can supply more important aerodynamic data for the blade design and 206y compressor stageadding design.
