摘要
介绍了用Auto-CAD三维图形处理功能与有限元分析系统相结合建立大规模复杂结构有限元网格模型的方法,并以此对某柴油机机体进行结构强度分析。通过计算和分析,确认了该柴油机机体的薄弱部位,进而对其进行改进设计,寻求合理的结构方案。这对于提高机体结构强度,大幅度降低机体裂纹故障率具有指导意义。
A method for establishing a complex 3-D finite element model of a engine block using Au-to-CAD and finite element software is presented, then 3-D finite element calculation for a engine block is carried out to analyze its structural strength. Based on the calculated results, the weak point in the engine block is determined. Then the block design is improved to get a reasonable structure. The method is benefit for strengthening the engine block and reducing the block crack.
