内燃机曲轴振动特性的三维模拟——基于二次Timoshenko梁单元 被引量:10

摘要 本文在有限元法的基础上,采用基于一阶剪切变形理论的三节点、二次Timoshen-ko梁单元模拟内燃机曲轴结构,对一直列式四缸发动机曲轴进行了自由振动特性分析,并与相关研究和实验数据进行了比较;随后,进一步模拟此曲轴的三维动态振动特性,计算并分析了其动态振动响应的结果。 Three-node and quadratic Timoshenko beam element is employed to model the engine crankshaft, which includes the effects of transverse shear and accounts for the initial curvature of the beams. The free vibration modes of an inline four-cylinder crankshaft are analyzed and the results are compared with those determined analytically and experimentally values available in the open literature. Subsequently, the operating crankshaft is simulated in three-dimensional and the dynamic response is calculated and analyzed.
