汽轮机相对内效率应达值的确定方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对汽轮机采用回热或再热后,汽轮机整机相对内效率不能准确反映汽轮机通流部分的运行经济状态问题,提出采用级组相对内效率来评价汽轮机各段通流部分的运行经济状态。同时,针对喷嘴配汽凝汽式汽轮机中,各个级组相对内效率有不同影响因素,分别给出了调节级、中间各个级组以及最末级组相对内效率应达值的确定方法。为识别汽轮机通流部分运行经济状态是否正常并诊断出引起其失常的具体部位奠定了基础。 Aiming at the problem that relative internal efficiency can't embody the operating condition of flow path in regenerative or reheat steam turbine, relative internal efficiency of staging has been given to estimate the flow path condition of steam turbine in this paper. At the same time, aiming at the fact that different factors affect the relative internal efficiency of different staging of condensing steam turbine with nozzle group controlled, the methods to determine norm relative internal efficiency of staging are proposed. The studying results fall foundations for estimating the operating condition of flow path in steam turbine and diagnosing the location of fault.
