摘要
通过理论分析,建立了300MW汽轮机组动态轴向推力的数学模型,并通过仿真计算对数学模型进行了验证,静态轴向推力计算结果与西屋程序计算结果具有很好的相一致。该数学模型能够快速、准确地计算出非正常工况下机组所产生的动态轴向推力,为完善机组的设计,将动态轴向推力控制在机组要求的范围内提供了参考依据。
This paper gives the mathematical model of 300MW steam turbine and proves its validity through calculation, the calculate result is accordant with the west house's calculation program. The mathematical model can calculate the axial thrust in abnormity operation by simulation. All these can be acted as reference in controlling axial thrust in abnormity operation and developing the design of the steam turbine.
