摘要
本文在分析实施“川气出川”战略将涉及到的诸多困难和制约因素的基础上,提出了具体化解对策建议。即配套实施组合营销策略,主动扩展西油分公司天然气市场;科学系统规划、多渠道推进天然气管道网络建设和专业化管理;抓住重点工业用户,力求共同发展;构建规范、统一、高标准的售后服务体系;利用法律手段为“川气出川”保驾护航;富有成效地实施与灵活的应急对策等。
Authors gives many concrete suggestions on the basis of analyzing the difficulties and restrictions referred to the strategy of Transmit Sichuan s natural gas out of Sichuan .
