摘要
开发一种高温空气电阻炉。该炉用10kW、Φ5mm电阻丝加热,将15m3/h空气加热到1100℃。用氮气作稀释剂,将空气含氧浓度降至2%。组织低氧弥散燃烧。高温低氧空气生成方式,供低氧弥散燃烧的基础研究和工业应用参考。
A small electric heating stove used to produce high-temperature air is developed. Equipped with resistance element of 5 mm in diameter and a capacity of 10 kW, it can preheat the air to the temperature of about 1 100 ℃. By mixing the nitrogen into air (21% by volume),the oxygen concentration can be reduced to 2%. Low-oxygen dynamic combustion is effectively realized. This paper offers a good reference to industrial application and fundamental study of this new combustion technology.
