摘要
中速球磨机由于其独特的优点受到电厂的欢迎,但在运行过程中时有振动现象发生,影响了磨煤机及锅炉机组安全运行。本文根据磨煤机磨体振动大与磨煤机电流的变化规律,针对ZQM-216型中速球磨机运行中的振动原因进行分析,并提出消除措施,以供同类型机组参考。
Medium-speed mill is welcomes in power plant for its particular advantages, but the vibration which happens sometimes during operating afftects the security of mill and boiler units. According to the relation reason of type ZOM-216 medium-spee4d mill, and ofters the eliminating measures. so as to supplies references for other units with the same type.
