本文论述了对超重、超宽、超长的大型容器产品,没有条件在工厂内组装焊接,只能转移到工地现场去组装焊接制造,但宗旨是尽可能把工厂内能做的工作量全部完成,减少工地工作量。本文较详细地介绍了工厂现场组焊大型容器产品的特点,并分别介绍了工厂内的工作量和现场工作量,阐述了现场产品热处理的几种方法。
According to the instance of the factory, this article has discussed that the overweight ,superwide and superlong productions were transferred to the theatre and were set up.But we must try our best to finish the work in the factory in order to reduce the work at the theatre.This article has introduced the jionting characteristics of big vessels at the theatre ,And has introduced the work in the factory and the work at the theatre,And has expatiated several ways of heat threatment.
