陶瓷过滤器引射区域内瞬变流场的数值模拟

摘要 采用二维轴对称非稳态流动模型对陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹系统引射区域的瞬变流场进行了数值模拟。同时分析了喷吹距离对引射区域流场的影响,初步得到了喷吹压力为0 7MPa时最佳喷吹距离。结果表明,数值模拟与热线风速仪所测得的瞬态速度吻合较好,可用于刚性陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹系统的性能分析与优化设计。 A two-dimensional, unsteady, compressible and axis-symmetrical flow calculation procedure is developed to simulate the transient flowfield in entrained region of back-pulse cleaning system of ceramic candle. The influences of jet distance on flowfield in entrained region are discussed and a suitable jet distance is given. The agreement of computed and measured transient velocities is good and the Simulation result is useful to performance analysis and optimum design of pulse-backing cleaning system.
