摘要
介绍了一种多功能的研究电站煤粉锅炉无油直接点火燃烧器的试验装置,阐述了其工作机理。试验表明:煤粉气流在点火室核心区域,发生的着火过程为均相着火,火焰中心向点火室中心偏转,有利于遏制结焦;调节点火室的输入功率,可调节煤粉的着火距离,这一性能,使得该点火器适用于多煤种;合适的一次风粉浓度,可强化着火过程。
The ignition process of the coal particle streams in the ignition chamber heated by the electromagnetic induction was researched and its experimental data is presented in this paper.It is found that homogeneous ignition occurs in the chamber.The flame bifurcates into the central region of the particle stream,and then the central region becomes the most intensified part of the flame.This is very helpful in preventing the formation of clicker in the inner side of the chamber.By adjusting the input power for the ignition chamber,ignition distance can be altered,so this property of burner can adapt to most kinds of coal.A proper coal density in the primary air can intensify the ignition process.
