摘要
该文提出一种太阳能半导体冰箱并进行了实验研究与性能分析 ,它依靠太阳电池驱动 ,通过热电制冷效应制冷。实验表明 ,该装置能够维持冰箱内温度在 5~ 10℃ ,COP约 0 .3。冰箱性能与太阳辐射和热电制冷元件冷热端温差等条件有很大关系 ,存在分别使COP和制冷量达到最大值的最佳太阳辐照度。该冰箱可用于边远地区或户外郊游。
Experimental investigation and performance analysis on a solar cell driven, thermoelectric refrigerator was conducted. Research interest focused on testing the system performance under sunshine. Experiment results demonstrated that the unit can maintain the temperature in the refrigerator at 5~10℃, and have a COP about 0.3 . Further analysis indicated that the performance of the system strongly depends on intensity of solar irradiance and temperature difference of hot and cold sides for the thermoelectric module, etc. There is an optimum solar irradiance, which let the cooling production and COP achieve maximum value, respectively. It was expected that the refrigerator would be a potential for cold storage of vaccine, food and drink in remote outdoor conditions where electric power supply is absent.
