由于我国社会主义市场经济体制尚未健全、法律体系还不尽完善 ,一些不法分子在经济领域中乘机进行犯罪活动 ,扰乱社会主义市场经济秩序。修订后的刑事诉讼法赋予了公安机关全面打击和防范经济犯罪的重要职责 ,经侦部门只有科学地预测面临的形势 ,抓住机遇 ,深化经侦工作改革 ,才能更好地服务于经济建设。

Since there is no a sound market economic system with socialist style in China, and still no perfect law system, some of the lawless persons seized the opportunities to commit crimes to disrupt the socialist market economic orders. The newly-rev ised Criminal Procedure Law entrusts public security organs with the important responsibility on all-round cracking-down and precaution on economic crimes. Only by ways of scientific analysis of situation at present, grasping the opportunities and further reforming economic investigation affairs can departments concerned better serve for economic construction if our country.
