中英两国保安业之比较研究

Comparative Study of Sino-British Security Service Trade

英国的民间保安业早在 2 0世纪二三十年代就出现了 ,发展到现在已比较成熟。把中国保安业与之作比较 ,可以发现我国保安业的不足。通过两国保安业规模、业务范围、管理控制、教育训练、警察与保安业关系等五方面的比较 ,揭示出各自的特点 ,主要目的在于借鉴英国的先进经验 ,推动我国保安业的改革与进一步发展。

Nongovernmental security service occurred at 1920's-1930's , and have been completely developed insofar. Compared with that in China, security service will expose its inefficiency, especially in scale, scope, management, training, and the relation between police and security forces, etc. By such a comparison the modern experience in this field can be obtained so that the reform and development of security service trade can be furthered.
