上海市初一学生体育锻炼状况调查分析

Investigation on the physical exercise of the first grade student of middle school in Shanghai

目的 了解上海市初中一年级学生进行体育锻炼的知、信、行的情况 ,并对其相关因素进行分析。 方法 采用无记名问卷调查 ,采用卡方检验分析各因素对学生业余参加体育锻炼频率的影响。 结果 青少年参加体育活动的主要动因依次为 :改善健康 ( 97.7% )、磨炼意志 ( 95 .3% )、劳逸结合 ( 93.3% )、擅长体育 ( 87.1% )、结交朋友( 80 .6 % )。只有 6 2 .3%喜欢体育课 ,1周业余时间内有 2～ 3次及以上有氧运动的学生有 81.3%。学生业余参加体育锻炼的频率与学生性别、周围人 (父母、朋友和老师 )积极参加体育运动、学生对自身体育水平和健美程度的评价有关。 结论 学生对体育锻炼的认识正确 ,但学校体育课和对课余活动的指导还须完善。

Objective To evaluate the knowledge,attitude and practice of first grade student of middle school in physical exercise in Shanghai,and to analyze the relative factors of the practice.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 890 students in the first grade at middle school from October to November 2000 in four districts of Shanghai.Analyzing the relative factors of the practice by chi-square test.Results Among the surveyed students,the chief reasons to execute physical exercise are promoting health(97.7%),tempering themselves(95.3%),striking a proper balance between work and rest (93.3%),being good at exercise( 87.1%),social intercourse(80.6%).Only 62.3% students like physical exercise course in school.81.3% students do physical exercise (vigorous physical activity) 2～3times or more than it per week.Sex,the others around the students do physical excise every week,the evaluation the lever of physical activity by themselves,the evaluation the strong and handsome by themselves are the relative factors.Conclusions The knowledge of students about physical exercise is correct,but it need to develop the education in physical exercise.The comprehensive intervene method is the ideal method to improve the enthusiasm of physical activity.
