心肌电生理异质性与药物相关性长QT综合征的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 心肌电活动的“合体细胞”概念被心肌细胞电生理异质性取代 ,许多药物诱发心律失常的作用与心肌细胞电生理异质性有关。药物由于使跨室壁电异质性增大 ,可导致长QT综合征 ,特别是尖端扭转性室速。本文综述了生理状态下心肌细胞的电生理异质性及其离子电流基础 ,进一步阐述了各类药物导致长QT综合征的特征和机制。
