喉气管损伤急诊处理的几个相关问题

PROBLEMS ABOUT EMERGENT MANAGEMENT OF LARYNGEAL AND TRACHEAL TRAUMA ANALYSIS OF 50 CASES

目的:为了提高抢救喉气管伤治疗水平,减少严重后遗症。方法:通过回顾我科临床上抢救喉气管伤50例病人,找出其成功的经验与教训。结果:总结出一套为成功抢救喉气管伤所必须遵循的急诊处理原则及注意事项。结论:只要遵循上述治疗原则,喉气管伤严重后遗症是完全可以避免的。

Objective:To improve the therapeutic level of rescuing laryngeal and tracheal trauma, and reduce severe sequela. Methods: By reviewing the fifty patients with laiyngeal and tracheal trauma treated in our department, find out the experiences and lessons of success. Results: Concluded the principles of dealing with emergent laryngotracheal trauma and the proceedings need to pay attention. Conclusion: As long as following the principles, the severe sequela of laryngeal and tracheal trauma can be absolutely avoided.
