摘要
目的 :通过动物实验观察平哮合剂的疗效并探讨其作用的分子机制。方法 :采用卵蛋白诱导的豚鼠哮喘模型以平哮合剂治疗 ,治疗 1周后 ,观察其对哮喘潜伏期的影响 ,并与氨茶碱治疗组进行比较。采用流式细胞仪分析豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中T淋巴细胞的凋亡率。结果 :平哮合剂能显著延长哮喘豚鼠的诱喘潜伏期 ,作用与氨茶碱相当 (P >0 0 5 )。哮喘豚鼠BALF中T淋巴细胞的凋亡率与正常组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,平哮合剂可显著提高哮喘豚鼠BALF中T淋巴细胞凋亡率。结论 :平哮合剂有明确的平喘作用 ,其途径之一可能是通过促进气道粘膜中淋巴细胞的凋亡而实现的。
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Pingxiao mixture and explore its molecular mechanism.Methods:Pingxiao mixture was used for the treatment of asthma model of guinea pigs set up by inhaling ovalbumin.After one week treatment,we observed the influence of Pingxiao mixture on the incubation period and analyzed the apoptotic index of T lymphcytes in bronchoalvelar lavage fluid.Results:Pingxiao mixture can obviously prolong the incubation period of asthma,and no difference was found between Pingxiao group and aminophylline group.Comparing with that in normal controls,the apoptotic index of T lymphcytes was significantly increased in guinea pigs with asthma,and the apoptotic index ot T lymphcytes in Pingxiao group was significantly higher than that in asthma group.Conclusion:Pingxiao mixture could treat asthma by promoting the apoptosis of airway T lymphcytes.
