醋酸氯己定和苯扎溴铵局部皮肤灭菌效果比较

A Comparison of Sterilizing Effects Between Chlorhexidine Acetate and Benzalkonium Bromide

目的 :为了观察不同浓度的醋酸氯己定 (醋酸洗必太 )的灭菌效果 ;方法 :采用单盲法 ,并与 0 1%苯扎溴铵 (新吉尔灭 )进行比较和分析 ;结果 :醋酸氯己定用于皮肤灭菌的最佳浓度为 0 3% ,最佳泡手浓度为 0 15 % ;结论 :醋酸氯己定是一种高效、快速的皮肤消毒剂 。

Objective:To verify the sterilizing effects of chlorhexidine acetate solution in different densities.Method:A singleblind experiment was performed,the sterilizing effects were observed and compared with 0.1% benzalkonium bromide solution.Results:The optimum densities of chlorhexidine acetate solution for skin disinfection and that of soaking the hands are 0.3% and 0.15% respectively.Conclutsions:Chlorhexidine acetate solution is of high potency and prompt disinfectant for skin and preopertative soaking the hands.
