A Screening Survey of Life Quality in University Students

〖目的〗初步探讨大学生生命质量的差异.〖方法〗采用非等概率多阶段分层、整群抽样,对某大学1998级至2001级工、管、医专业全日制在册本、专科四个年级学生,无记名填写WHOQOL-100量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、运用SPSS10.0 for windows统计软件进行统计学处理.〖结果〗回收合格问卷1 171份,WHOQOL-100总生命质量及健康状况平均分(总分)为57.1,较一般正常人低,除环境领域外,5个领域均有显著差异,WHOQOL-100与SAS、SDS评分呈明显负相关.工、管、医专业学生间的总分无显著性差异,但生理领域医学专业较管理专业高.成人本科生总分低于普通大学生.不同年级大学生总分存在显著差异.生理领域评分男生高于女生,而在社会领域评分女生高于男生.〖结论〗大学生生命质量有待于针对其薄弱环节进行改善.

Objectives To discuss primarily the difference of life quality in university students. (Methods Cluster.stratified and multistage sampling in non-equivent probability was taken. Students in four classes (1998-2001 yr.) from engineering.management and medical colleges of a universitry were assigned to fill in the form of WHO's quality of life(WHOQOL)-100,self-anxiety scale (SAS),self-drums scale(SDS) and 'self-made form' by secret ballots. All results were processed statistically with software of SPSS 10.0 for windows. [Results]1171 copies of qualified questionnaires were collected. Total quality of life in WHOQOL-100 and health status mean score (total score) was 57.1, lower than that of normals. Except environmental factor,5 scopes revealed significant differences.WHOQOL-100 was negatively correlated with SAS and SDS scores.There were no significant differences among total scores of students from engineering.management and medical colleges,but total scores of medical students majored in physiological field were higher than those of management specialty.Total scores in students of adult education were lower than those in ordinary university students. Significant differences existed among the total scores of students from different classess. As for the physiological field, the scores of male students were higher than those of females, but the scores of female students in scope of social science were higher than those of male students. Conclusion Quality of life in university students needs to be improved in its weakness.
