延寿降脂饮治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Observation of Yanshou Jiangzhi Yin on the treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的 观察延寿降脂饮治疗高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法 1 0 0例高脂血症患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 60例给予延寿降脂饮 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎服 ;对照组 40例给予脂必妥片 ,每次 3片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 6周为 1疗程 ,疗程结束后停药 3日观察 2组疗效 ,并检测治疗前后血胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDLC)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)变化。结果 治疗组总有效率为 95 .0 % ,对照组为 82 .5 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组降低TC、TG、ApoB和升高HDLC、ApoA1的作用显著(P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 0 1 ) ,且优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 0 1 )。

Objective To observe the effect of Yanshou Jiangzhi Yin on the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods 100 hyperlipidemic patients were divided into two groups. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Yanshou Jiangzhi Yin; 40 patients in control group were treated by Zhibituo tablet, with a therapeutic course of 6 weeks for both groups. To evaluate effect of Yanshou Jiangzhi Yin, TC, TG, HDL C, apolipoprotein A 1(ApoA 1) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) were observe before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (95.0%) was higher than that in control group (82.5%, P<0.05). Decrease of TC, TG and ApoB and increase of HDL-C and ApoA 1 in treatment group were superior to that in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Yanshou Jiangzhi Yin can effective treat hyperlipidemia.
