2型糖尿病肾病患者醛糖还原酶基因多态性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨2型糖尿病肾病与醛糖还原酶 (AR)基因5'端(AC)n多态性的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)分析了84例2型糖尿病患者 (糖尿病肾病49例 ,非糖尿病肾病35例 )和60名正常对照者AR基因5'端的 (AC)n的多态性。结果 糖尿病肾病组Z -2等位基因频率高于非糖尿病肾病组和正常对照组 ,而Z +2等位基因频率低于非糖尿病肾病组和正常对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 Z-2等位基因可能是糖尿病肾病的易感基因 ,Z +2等位基因可能为其保护因素。 Objective To investigate the association between (AC)n polymorphisms at 5'-end of the aldose reductase gene and diabetic nephropathy of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The 5'-ALR polymorphism in 84 patients with Type 2 diabetes (49 cases with nephropathy,35 cases without nephropathy) and 60 healthy controls was identified in genomic DNA using polymerase chain reaction.Results The frequency of allele Z-2 was significantly higher in patients with diabetic nephropathy compared with that of diabetic patients without nephrophaty (χ2=7.092,P<0.01) and controls (χ2=5.40,P<0.05).Similarly,the frequency of allele Z+2 was significantly decreased in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion Allele Z-2 of aldose reductase may contribute to the susceptibility to diabetic nephropathy and allele Z+2 may be protective.
