摘要
通过对宁波北仑港港口装卸机上使用的进口与国产钢丝绳 (所使用主要是 6× 2 9Fi、6× 36WS结构 )的力学性能、使用寿命及其原材料进行比较 ,发现进口钢丝绳力学性能均匀、捻制质量好、使用寿命长。并由此提出提高钢丝绳质量的几点建议。
To compare the mechanical property and service life of wire rope(6×29Fi and 6×36WS structure mainly)made in China and imported,which were used for loading and unloading machine in Ningbo Beilungang Port,and compare the raw materials for the rope,the results show that the ropes imported have longer service lives,and their mechanical property are even,the lay quality is better.Some suggestions to improve the quality of wire rope are put forward.
