As a great ideologist and strategist, Deng Xiaoping, holding his concept of defending the country, has rein-vestigated the modern world and has brought forward that 'peace' and 'development' are the two topics of the modernworld, thereby realizing the changing from concept of 'war and revolution' to the concept of 'peace and development'.Accordingly, China has changed its former foreign policy of 'Leaning to One Side', thus advancing the multi-polarizationof the world. Our central issue at present is economy developing. Focusing on this issue and in order to develop our owncountry in a secure and beneficial international environment, China will not enter into alliance with any countries and willnot try to be superpower.
