Agri science demonstration farm is a new experiment in the modern agriculture of our country. The wrong part played by government and vague property right arrangement are discussed in terms of their manifestations, influences and causes. Policy suggestions on its healthy development are offered from the perspectives of defining government's role and clarifying property right arrangement.
