摘要
知识管理是对以往管理活动的扬弃与发展。本文从时间与空间、感性与理性、物性与人性对知识管理进行哲学层面的思索 。
Knowledge management has been the focus of enterprise management in the age of knowledge economy. It deals with the identification and enhancement of what is useful or healthy and the abandonment of what is not within the past management theory. Knowledge management is addressed from philosophical perspectives of time and space, perception and ration, object nature and human nature, with a view to deepening people's understanding of the new emerging features of knowledge management.
