颅脑损伤合并颈椎颈髓损伤32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of brain injuries combined with cervical vertebra and cervical cord injuries in 32 cases

目的探讨颅脑损伤合并颈椎颈髓损伤的临床特征,漏诊原因。方法回顾性分析32例颅脑损伤合并颈椎颈髓损伤的临床资料。结果本组治疗后半年随访Frankle评分达到E级(感觉,运动恢复正常)7例,D级(可运动)8例,C级(运动不能)5例,B级(感觉受损)1例,A级(感觉,运动不能)1例,因重型颅脑损伤死亡7例,因颈椎颈髓损伤死亡3例。结论及早诊断,避免漏诊、误诊是提高颅脑损伤合并颈椎颈髓损伤治疗水平的关键。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of brain injuries combined with cervical vertebra and cervical cord injuries.MethodsThe clinical data of 32 cases with brain injuries combined with cervical vertebra and cervical cord injuries were retrospectively reviewed.Results7 cases died from severe brain injury,3 died from cervical vertebra and cervical cord injuries.Frankle's score class E:7cases,class D:8 cases,class C:5 cases;class B:1 case;class A:1 case.ConclusionEarly diagnose and avoiding mistreatment is crucial in the treatment of brain injuries combined with cervical vertebra and cervical cord injuries.
