逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折疗效分析

Effective analysis of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail on femoral supracondylar and intracondylar fracture

目的探讨逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折18例,其中男12例,女6例。结果本组病例均获随访,随访时间12-24个月,平均18个月,所有骨折均获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为9个月,没有感染内固定失败,膝关节活动度平均为92.4°。根据Kolment膝关节功能评分标准:优12例,良4例,可1例,差1例。优良率88.9%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折具有内固定坚强,创伤小,早期功能锻炼等优点。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail on the femoral supracondylar and intracondylar fracture.Methods18 cases of femoral supracondylar or intracondylar fracture were received open reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.male in 12,female in 6.ResultsAll the cases were followed up for 12-24 months,average 18 months.All the cases got bone-healing,average healing time was 9 months,no infection and fixation failture,the range of motion of knee was 92.4 degree,the results were,According to the Kolment knee function scale,12 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,1 case was acceptable and 1 cases was bad.88.9% cases were excellent and good.ConclusionThe application of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail in the femoral supracondylar and intracondylar fracture have such advantages as solid fixation,less trama and early functional exercise,the treatment effect is satisfactory.
