宫颈环形电切术并发症及其处理(附386例分析)

Complications of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its treatment:a report of 386 cases

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈病变并发症的预防及处理。方法分析2005年1月-2008年3月我院宫颈环形电切术治疗386例宫颈病变并发症的临床资料。结果31例(8.03%)术中出血大于5ml,21例(5.44%)术后出血大于月经量须止血处理,术后感染10例(2.59%),无一例宫颈粘连。结论宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈病变安全有效,应注意预防术中、术后出血。

Objective To evaluate the complications of loop electrosurgical excision(LEEP)for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its treatment.MethodsMedical records of 386 patients with cervical intreapithelial neoplasia,who underwent LEEP from Jan.2005 to Mar.2008 in our hospital,were reviewed and analyzed.Results31 out of 386 patients(8.03%)had intraoperative bleeding with an amount of more than 5ml,while 21 patients(5.44%)had postoperative bleeding with an amount of more than menses and required intervention.10 patients(2.59%)developed infection after operation.No other complications were observed.ConclusionLEEP appears to be safe and effective procedure in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Bleeding is the main complication and measures should be taken to prevent it.
