摘要
目的探讨结肠运输试验和排便造影对便秘的临床价值。方法对80例临床诊断便秘的患者同时进行结肠运输试验和排便造影。结果结肠运输试验异常者58例,排便造影异常者62例。结论由于结肠无力和出口梗阻常合并存在且相互作用,所以结肠运输试验和排便造影联合应用将有助于为临床诊断提供可靠的客观依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of colonic transit test and defecography for constipation.Methods80 cases with constipation were studied with colonic transit test and defecography.ResultsThere were 58 cases with abnormal colonic transit and 62 cases with outlet obstruction.ConclusionBecause the exit obstruction and the atony of colon always interact and present simultaneously,the combined application of colonic transit test and defecography will provide true image strategies for clinical diagnosis.
