博来霉素联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

Effective observation of bleomycin combined with cicplatin on malignant pleurisy with effusion

目的观察博来霉素联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效。方法选择67例患有恶性胸腔积液的住院病人,随机分成三组,每组病例均以中心静脉导管接负压引流瓶进行闭式引流,待胸腔积液引流完全后分别注入博来霉素、顺铂、博来霉素加顺铂,每周2次,重复4周。结果博来霉素联合顺铂组(联合组)治疗有效率84%,博来霉素组52.38%,顺铂组57.14%,后两组与联合组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论博来霉素联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效明显优于单用博来霉素、顺铂。

Objective To observe the efficacy of bleomycin and cisplatin on malignant pleurisy with effusion. Methods 67 cases patients with malignant pleurisy with effusion were averagely divided into three groups,which were treated differently with bleomycin or cisplatin or bleomycin and cisplatin for four weeks,twice a week. Results The effective rate of bleomycin group was 52.38%,cisplatin 57.l14%,bleomycin and cisplatin 84%(P<0.05). Conclusion Bleomycin and cisplatin group are significant compared to the others in the effect of the malignant pleurisy with effusion’s treatment.
