摘要
目的探讨护理在宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)中的作用。方法选取2003年11月-2007年11月宫颈疾病患者1758人行LEEP治疗。术前、术中、术后均行各项常规护理操作及心理干预和健康指导。结果手术总有效率为100%;一次手术成功率为94.7%;手术依从性为100%;失访率为0.02%。结论根据LEEP手术的特点,围手术期充分的护理和心理干预对手术成功、减少并发症以及术后随访均起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the contribution of nursing and health guidance in loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP). Methods 1758 patients who accepted LEEP from Nov. 2003 to Nov. 2007 were chosen. All of them accepted usual nursing、mental intervention and health guidance before,during and after the operation. Results The total effective rate of LEEP was 100%;The success rate of the first operation was 94.7%.The patients’compliance were 100%.The patients who lost to follow-up were only 0.02%. Conclusion We concluded that the sufficient perioperative nursing and mental intervention play an important role in the success of LEEP.
