宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症132例疗效观察

Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of 132 patients with infertility

目的探讨应用宫腔镜及腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2006年12月收治的132例女性不孕症患者行宫、腹腔镜联合诊断和治疗的临床资料。结果慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症及多囊卵巢综合征分别占不孕症的54.55%、21.21%及14.40%,前者多为继发性不孕症的病因,而后两者多为原发不孕症的病因。手术后妊娠率为41.96%。结论宫、腹腔镜联合手术对女性不孕症的诊治具有重要的价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods 132 female patients with infertility were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy from Jan.2002 to Dec.2006.Results Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome accounted for 54.55%,21.21% and 14.40%,respectively.The main cause of secondary infertility was chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and the main cause of primary infertility was endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome.The postoperative pregnancy rate was 44.96%.Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of the female infertility.
