全麻高频喷射通气辅助下取小儿气管、支气管异物33例

Removal of foreign body from child trachea or bronchi with general anesthesia and high frequency jet ventilation

目的探讨全麻下高频喷射通气取小儿气管、支气管异物的疗效。方法回顾性分析1996年2月至2008年6月期间采用全麻下高频喷射通气取小儿气管、支气管异物33例的临床资料。结果33例患儿均成功取出异物,术后予以抗感染、对症治疗,均痊愈出院。结论操作与麻醉、有效通气的配合是手术成功的重要因素。

Objective To evaluate the application of general anesthesia and high frequency jet ventilation for removal of foreign body from child trachea or bronchi.Methods A retrospective study was performed for 33 cases of foreign body removed from child trachea or bronchi with general anesthesia and high frequency jet ventilation from Feb.1996 to Jun.2008.Results With the application of general anesthesia and high frequency jet ventilation,removal of foreign body was succeeded in all the cases.After removing the foreign body,the children were given proper antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.All the children were successfully cured without serious complications.Conclusion General anesthesia and high frequency jet ventilation is of great help in removal of foreign body from child trachea or bronchi.
