2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖和糖尿病肾脏疾病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人空腹血糖(FPG)和糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)之间的关系。方法选择148例T2DM患者及69例体检正常人,检测其晨尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)和空腹血糖(FPG)含量。FPG的检验用葡萄糖氧化酶法,尿mAlb的检验用透射免疫比浊法。结果148例T2DM患者尿微量清蛋白明显高于正常体检人群的尿微量清蛋白,P<0.01;并且与空腹血糖具有相关性,r=0.6741,P<0.05。结论T2DM患者血糖控制不良会加重尿mAlb排泄,与DKD发病有密切关系。
