子宫内膜癌中bcl-2、ki-67、p53、C-erbB-2、ER、PR的表达及意义

Clinical expressions and significance of bcl-2,Ki-67,p53,C-erbB-2,ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨bcl-2、ki-67、p53、C-erbB-2、ER、PR的表达在子宫内膜癌中的意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测6种基因蛋白在118例子宫内膜癌、20例增生期子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果在子宫内膜癌组织中bcl-2、ki-67、p53、C-erbB-2、ER、PR、阳性表达率分别为80.0%、67.7%、44.1%、42.4%、64.4%和61.9%。ER、PR的表达与临床分期、病理分级有关,即分期、分级越高,表达越弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2、ki67的表达与病理分级有关,即高分化,低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p53的表达随临床分期增高,分级的降低而升高;bcl-2随分期的增高而降低,但与分级无关。结论ER、PR的表达对临床选择内分泌治疗具有指导意义;C-erbB-2、p53、Ki-67、bcl-2的检测对评价子宫内膜癌的生物学行为及预后有意义。

Objective To probe into the expressions and significance of bcl-2,ki-67,p53,C-erbB- 2,ER and PB in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Used immunohistochemical PV9000 method to reveal the expressions of six gene proteins,which were detected in 118 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 20 cases of normal endometrial tissues.Results The positive expression rates of bcl-2,ki-67,p53,C-erbB-2,ER and PR were 80.0%,67.7%,44.1%,42.4%,64.4%,61.9%in endometrial carcinoma,respectively.The expressions of ER and PR were related to clinical stages and histological grades(P<0.05).C-rebB-2,ki-67 were related to pathological grades,the higher the stages and grades,the lower the expressions.(P<0.05).The expressions of p53 increased with the increase of clinical stage and the decrease of grade,however,bcl-2 deceased with the increase of stage and no relationship with grade.Conclusion The expressions of ER and PR have significances for clinical choice of endosecretory therapy.The detections for C-erbB-2,p53,ki-67 and bcl-2 also have significances for evaluating biological behaviors and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
