鼻内窥镜下上颌窦良性病变的手术治疗

Surgical treatment for maxillary sinus benign pathological changes under the nasal endoscope

目的探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗上颌窦良性病变的手术方法。方法回顾分析2004年至2008年我科56例上颌窦良性病变的病例,其中21例采用鼻内窥镜下中鼻道上颌窦开窗术治疗,35例采用鼻内窥镜下联合中下鼻道上颌窦开窗术治疗。结果术后随访6个月以上,治愈54例,复发2例,治愈率96.4%。结论鼻内窥镜下中鼻道上颌窦开窗术或鼻内窥镜下联合中下鼻道上颌窦开窗术切除上颌窦良性病变,疗效肯定,创伤小。

Objective To discuss the surgical methods to treat maxillary sinus benign pathological changes under nasal endoscope.Methods 56 cases with maxillary sinus benign pathological changes were summarized and analyzed retrospectively from 2004 to 2008.Among the 56 cases,21 patients had undergone the middle meatus antrostomy, while 35 patients had middle and inferior meatus antrostomy.Results Over 6 months follow-up,54 casos were cured(96.4%) and 2 cases relapsed.Conclusion Maxillary sinus benign pathological changes can be excised effectively by middle meatus antrostomy or middle and inferior meatus antrostomy under nasal endoscopic surgery,with minimal invasion and good efficacy.
