Twinblock矫治下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ~1类错的临床观察

Twinblock in the treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrusion

目的观察Twinblock矫治器矫治下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ~1类错的治疗效果。方法选取15例处于恒牙列早期的下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ~1类错患者,应用Twinblock进行矫治,每位患者矫治前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片,测量并进行统计学分析。结果SNB角、前下面高、后面高、下颌体长等在治疗后增加,差异有统计学意义;ANB角、OJ等在治疗后减少,差异有统计学意义。结论Twinblock治疗后覆盖、覆减少,下颌后缩的面型、关系得到改善。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Twinkblock in treatment of ClassⅡdivision 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrusion.Methods 15 patients with ClassⅡdivision 1 were studied.Lateral cephalograph was taken for each patient before and after treatment of Twinblock.Results After treatment of Twinblock, SNB,ANS-Me,S-Go,Go-Pog of the patients were increased significantly,and ANB and OJ decreased significantly. Conclusion The overjet,overbite and profile of patients improved significantly after the treatment of Twinblock.
