2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞与血清同型半胱氨酸的相关性 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法选择58例2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者纳入观察组,58例未合并脑梗塞者纳入对照组,比较两组患者的血清Hcy、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)水平。结果观察组患者血清Hcy及颈动脉IMT均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Hcy水平在2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者颈动脉IMT正常组、IMT增厚组及斑块形成组患者中依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血清Hcy水平与颈动脉IMT呈正相关(r=0.735,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者颈动脉血管粥样硬化情况较单纯糖尿病患者更为严重,Hcy参与糖尿病患者发生脑梗塞的进程。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy) and cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction were included into the observation group, and 58 patients without cerebral infarction were included into the control group. The serum Hcy levels and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) in the two groups were compared. Results The serum Hcy and carotid IMT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The serum Hcy levels in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction with carotid IMT normal group, IMT thickening group and the plaque formation group were increased gradually, and the differences were of statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum Hcy levels and carotid IMT was positively correlated(r=0.735, P<0.05). Conclusion The carotid atherosclerosis is more serious in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction than simple diabetes, and the Hcy is involved in the process of cerebral infarction.
