宫颈HPV多型别感染中的型别组合研究进展

Research progress on the combination of multiple human papillomavirus infection of uterine cervix

子宫颈上皮内人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的持续感染是导致子宫颈癌发生的重要因素。近年来的HPV的多型别感染在各种研究中得到证实,HPV的多型别感染是个体易感性的结果,同时也是肿瘤易感的关键点。本文就HPV多型别感染的型别组合情况作一综述,从而为进一步的研究HPV与肿瘤易感性的关系作铺垫。

Persistent infection with human papillomavirus(HPV) is an important factor to cause cervical cancer. In recent years, the infection with multiple types of HPV has been confirmed in various researches. Infection with multiple HPV types is the result of individual susceptibility, and is also the key point of tumor susceptibility. This review has summarized the combination of multiple human papillomavirus infection, and pave the way for further research of the relationship between HPV and tumor susceptibility.
