摘要
目的探讨移动护理系统在骨科患者中医特色健康教育中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择骨科2014年6~12月入院的100例患者设为对照组,采用常规中医健康教育;选择骨科2015年1~6月入院的100例患者设为观察组,采用移动护理系统进行中医特色健康教育,一周后评价对照组和观察组患者对中医特色健康教育内容(包括环境了解、疾病知识、辨证施膳、安全防护、特殊检查、术前准备、所用药物、康复功法锻炼等8个方面)的掌握程度及遵医行为。结果对照组患者对健康教育内容完全掌握者32例(32.0%),能主动配合者44例(44.0%),而观察组患者则分别为52例(52.0%)和61例(61.0%);观察组中医特色健康教育效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在骨科患者中医特色健康教育中应用移动护理系统,可显著提高效果,有利于促进疾病康复,提高了工作效率,促进护理管理模式的不断创新。
Objective To explore the application effect of mobile nursing system in the health education of TCM characteristics in the Department of Orthopedics. Methods One hundred patients in the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group, which received conventional health education, and 100 patients in the Department of Orthopedics from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group, which applied mobile nursing system for health education of TCM characteristics. A week later,the patients’ mastery degrees of health education of TCM characteristics(including environment understanding, disease knowledge, dialectical diet, safety protection, special inspection, preoperative preparation, drug used, exercise rehabilitation) and compliance behaviors were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 52 patients(52.0%) mastered the content of health education content entirely and 61 patients(61.0%) cooperated actively, which were significantly better than 32 patients(32.0%) and 44 patients(44.0%) in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of mobile nursing system in the Department of Orthopedics for health education of TCM characteristics can significantly increase the effect and improves disease rehabilitation, which improves work efficiency and promote the innovation of nursing management mode.
