Noxa蛋白在肝外胆管癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究Noxa蛋白在肝外胆管癌及正常组织中的表达,同时探讨其与患者临床病理因素的关系。方法收集2006年3月至2009年6月我院肝外胆管癌和正常组织各70例,并采取免疫组织化学(En VisionTM)法分别检测Noxa蛋白在肝外胆管癌组织及正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Noxa在肝外胆管癌组织、正常组织阳性表达率分别为32.86%(23/70)、68.57%(48/70),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.86,P<0.01);肝外胆管癌组织Noxa的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、组织学分化、浸润深度及神经受累无关(P>0.05);Noxa阳性表达的患者5年生存率低于Noxa阴性表达者[26.09%(6/23)vs 53.19%(25/47)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.59,P<0.05)。结论肝外胆管癌组织中Noxa蛋白的低表达不仅表明了癌细胞促凋亡能力的异常,而且也有利于预测淋巴结转移及临床分期的状态,同时也可作为判断患者预后的参考指标。 Objective To study the expression of Noxa protein in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma and normal tissue, and investigate its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods The expression of Noxa was detected in 70 cases of extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma and 70 cases of normal tissue from March 2006 to June 2009 by immunohistochemisty(En VisionTM). Results The positive expression rate of Noxa in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma and normal tissue was 32.86%(23/70), 68.57%(48/70), respectively, with statistically significant difference(χ2=17.86, P<0.01). The positive expression of Noxa protein in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma tissue was related to TNM staging, lymphaden metastasis(P<0.05), but not to gender, age, tumor diameter, histological differentiation, infiltrating depth and infiltrating nerve(P>0.05). The five-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of Noxa was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression [26.09%(6/23) vs 53.19%(25/47), χ2=4.59, P<0.05]. Conclusion The low expression of Noxa in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma not only indicates the abnormal promoting apoptosis of carcinoma cell, but also is useful for forecasting lymphaden metastasis and TNM staging, which can be used as reference index for judging patients prognosis.
