摘要 多年来,MTA由于其良好的治疗效果备受关注,但是MTA存在着价格高、不易操作、固化时间长、含有重金属、易使牙齿变色等不足。法国赛普敦推出的Biodentine是生物性牙本质替代物的创新之作,其具有良好的机械性能和生物性能,并且易于操作,在治疗牙体牙髓疾病的临床应用前景广阔,本文将就Biodentine在牙体牙髓病治疗中的研究进展做一简要综述。 Over the past years, mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) has been paid much attention to due to its good clinical effect. However, it also shares some distinct weakness, like high price, complicated operation, long curing time, and leading to tooth discoloration due to heavy metal component. Biodentine made by France Southampton, with good mechanical and biological properties, is easy for operation and considered as the innovation of biological dentine substitute. The advance of Biodentine in the treatment of endodontic disease will be discussed in the following review.
