摘要 非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤类疾病之一,其发病率和死亡率居恶性肿瘤首位。肿瘤干细胞理论认为:在肿瘤中存在一小群具有无限增殖和多向分化潜能的肿瘤干细胞,这些所谓的干细胞是肿瘤发生、发展、浸润、转移和耐药复发的根源。肿瘤干细胞与组织干细胞一样具有相似的分子信号通路和分子标志物。Nanog和Musashi1作为公认的肿瘤干细胞标志物参与了肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。本文系统性的总结了Nanog和Musashi1在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达的最新进展. Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is one of the most common malignant tumor, which has the highest incidence and mortality rate. Cancer-stem-cell theory believes that there are some cancer stem cells with unlimited proliferation and multi-differentiation potential, which are the root of the tumorigenesis, development, invasion, metastasis, drug resistance and relapse. Tumor stem cells have similar molecular signaling pathways and molecular markers as well as tissue stem cells. Nanog and Musashi1, as the recognized tumor stem cell markers, are involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis of tumor. In this paper, the latest development of Nanog and Musashi1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues is systematically summarized.
