海南省公务员血脂现状调查分析

Epidemiological survey of hyperlipidemia among civil servants of Hainan province

目的调查海南省公务员的血脂水平状况,为高脂血症人群实施健康管理提供理论依据。方法选取2015年5~10月在海南省人民医院进行体检的公务员2 388名为研究对象,清晨抽取空腹12 h静脉血,检测空腹甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),分析不同年龄血脂变化规律及不同性别高脂血症各种类型的发生特点。结果公务员血脂异常的总发生率为54.4%(1299/2388),其中男性高脂血症发生率为55.7%(884/1587),女性为51.8%(415/801),男性和女性高脂血症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男、女性高血脂症发生率均随年龄增长出现上升趋势(P均<0.01),50岁前男性高血脂发生率高于女性,高甘油三酯及混合性高脂血症发生率高于女性,女性总胆固醇水平高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症发病率与年龄、性别密切相关,可能与工作、家庭各方面压力、机体体能的衰退、内分泌代谢系统失调有关。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperlipidemia(HL) and related determinants of major risk factors among civil servants of Hainan province. Methods In total, 2 388 civil servants, who underwent standardized physical examination in Hainan General Hospital from May 2015 to October 2015, were selected as the research objects. Fasting venous blood(12 h) was collected in the morning for analyzing the triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC). The blood lipid changes in different ages and characteristics of various hyperlipidemia in different genders were analyzed. Results The prevalence of HL was 54.4% among 2 388 civil servants. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between male group(55.7%) and female group(51.8%) in the incidence of HL(P>0.05).The incidence of HL showed significant positive correlation with aging in the male and female group(P<0.01). Among civil servants aged younger than 50 years, the incidence of HL in male group was significantly higher than that in female group(P<0.05), while the level of TC in female group was significantly higher than that in male group(P<0.05).Conclusion Occurrence of hyperlipidemia has close relationship with age and gender, which may be the co-effective result of multiple factors as the pressures of working and family, the physical degradation and endocrine and metabolic disorders.
