暴发性1型糖尿病并血淀粉酶明显升高一例

摘要 暴发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)是由Imagawa等[1]于2000年首次报道,目前分型上暂列入特发性1型糖尿病的范畴。该病多数无糖尿病家族史,发病前多有胃肠道感染或上呼吸道感染的症状,后迅速出现严重急性代谢紊乱,其中血淀粉酶升高较为常见,易被误诊为胰腺炎。现将我科收治的暴发性1型糖尿病并血淀粉酶明显升高一例报道如下:1病例简介患者女性,36岁,因'头晕、头痛2 d,口干、
